This weekend I am running the Publix half marathon here in Atlanta. Then next week there is a 21 mile run on the schedule. After that the "taper"will begin. That means that the mileage will be reduced as the reace approaches. I have to say I am ready for the training to be over. My knees will be glad too LOL
Total miles this week 37.9 that included a long run of 19.03 miles and a 6 mile interval workout. Also did two light weight workouts, two yoga classes and I had a massage.
I weighed in at 171.4 down 1.4 pound since last week and 15.6 lbs since I started training for Boston.
My schedule this week is 43 miles with a long run on 13.
